Dr. Hriday Sarma — a new member of IALC

The International Association of Lawyers and Consultants (IALC) is pleased to welcome
Dr. Hriday Sarma — an advocate practicing before the Supreme Court of India and the Gauhati High Court, and the head of Himalaya Associates.

His professional practice focuses on:
cross-border investments;
start-up advisory;
international and corporate legal matters.

Alongside his legal work, Dr. Sarma is actively engaged in research and analytical activities related to international affairs, geopolitics, energy transition, and sustainability. His articles are published in international media outlets including Pravda.ru and Hindustan Times.

Dr. Sarma is a Senior Fellow at the South Asia Democratic Forum (Brussels) and has collaborated with leading research institutions in India, Israel, and Azerbaijan on issues of energy, security, and economic reforms.

For IALC, the participation of such experts strengthens international professional dialogue and expands cooperation between legal communities across Russia, India, and the BRICS countries.
