Ainur is a specialist in the field of legal regulation of the construction sector (a separate specialization is disputes in the field of construction contracting, within the framework of which he provides comprehensive protection of the interests of participants in the construction sector on large-scale and problematic projects). He also manages the firm's litigation practice.

- Ainur, how does one person manage to combine all the activities listed above? And most importantly - why?
"No matter how strange it may sound, but I do it because I can't help doing it. All my activities are aimed at consolidating the legal community in the broadest sense of the word. This has been my dream since my student years, when I first saw the state of the legal community. It so happened that centrifugal forces are at work in it: everyone wants to separate, fragment, divide to atoms, hide in their microcosms. Our ideology is unifying, only together we represent a healthy body, and only together can we do something really worthwhile and important. This is what we believe, this is what we do, and this is what we succeed in."
