On October 03, at the site of the International Multimedia Press Center of the Rossiya Segodnya Media Group, the Construction Legal Forum 2024 brought together leading experts and opinion leaders, including representatives of large industrial and construction companies, as well as the public sector.

Rustem Miftakhutdinov, member of the IALC SAC, founder and member of the Supervisory Board of the National Association "Bankruptcy Club", PhD in Law, and Ilya Zharskiy, member of the IALC, Managing Partner of the Veta Expert Group, were the speakers of the session "Bankruptcy of Construction Industry Enterprises: Central Problematic Issues, Methods of Protection of Top Management and Owners".
Alena Antonova, member of the IALC, partner of Stream Law Firm, took part in the forum as a speaker at the session "Alternative Dispute Resolution, the Institute of Mediation in Construction".
Within the framework of the business program of the forum, critically important issues of modern construction law, the latest practices of legal management, topical aspects of resolving complex construction disputes, structuring construction contracts, managing investment projects, analyzing legal risks and features of bankruptcy of construction companies were considered.
